Steve and Jenny Valentine

8/27/13 - Isaac's half birthday...he's 18 months old today! 8/28/13 - These two LOVE to play with each other and it's always fun to here crazy amounts of giggling coming from the other room when they're together.  One of their favorite things to do right now, race cars {don't mind the appliance cord we have hanging out of the cabinet...sheesh!} 8/29/13 - Had our 12 week ultrasound today.  Was fun to see this little baby bouncing around on the screen as the sonographer took all sorts of measurements.  Karis had a blast seeing the baby too! 8/30/13 - Karis and Isaac had their 3 year and 18 month check ups on the same day. Karis loves the doctor, Isaac hates the doctor! Both kiddos are doing well and healthy. Thankful. 8/31/13 - We didn't have a big birthday party planned for Karis since Steve was out of town the week of her birthday {and because Jenny has been so sick to even think about planning anything big}. WEEK 33 8/13/13 - Steve had promised Karis he would take her to play tennis after work one day. She came home and said, "learning tennis is hard mom"! {and we did finally get her a racket more her size} 8/14/13 - Four things Isaac likes after nap time: snuggling teddy, holding his blanket, being held by mama and watching a show! 8/15/13 - Aunt Lala and the cousins came over to hang out. Isaac LOVES babies {any babies} he wants to hold, snuggle, and kiss them. Lucky for Isaac we have twin nephews whom he can give lots of those snuggles and kisses to! 8/16/13 - This is hilarious to me that this was the ONLY picture I took this day!  So much happened on August 16th worth documenting {I went to an OB appt and heard the baby's heartbeat for the first time, I had a therapy session for my back and walked out pain free finally and Steve was off and we got to go on a mini date...so surely there could have been something worth taking a picture of instead of this,...

WEEK 31 7/30/13 - Finally got one of our projects hung on the wall, thanks to Steve's dad! 7/31/13 - Jenny threw out her back and it just so happened to be the week Steve's parents were in town...so other than fixing odds and ends around the house, Bob cooked several nights and it was so helpful to have a few extra sets of hands. 8/1/13 - Karis and Isaac love their Grandpa!   8/2/13 - Daddy always making us laugh {and yes he did drink a juice box with his breakfast} 8/3/13 - Sold the Mustang :( 8/4/13 - Isaac LOVES Mickey 8/5/13 - She got all "dressed" this morning and said, "OK I'm ready for school!"
