365 : WEEK 46 & 47

11/12/13 - Karis and Isaac love hanging out with our friends, Grant and Jackson.  Isaac especially loves Grant (both on the left), I guess he just likes hanging with older boys because usually he's WAY out numbered by girls!

11/13/14 - Isaac in his cute footy pjs...it's rare for him to wear these in Florida so it's always fun to see him wear them!

11/14/13 - Isaac LOVES our friend Audrey (she is about 8 months younger than him) and when she's around he's never short on kisses and hugs, it's darling.

11/15/13 - Hanging out with our friends at Animal Kingdom, Karis touches a snack for the first time...BRAVE little girl!  I actually didn't believe it when my friend told me she did it and had to turn around and made her do it again until I got a picture of it for proof!

11/16/13 - Steve has been out of town, so after he came back, he treated Jenny to a pregnancy craving, yum!

11/17/13 - On the Sundays that Jenny plays her cello with the worship team, Steve will often take the kiddos to downtown Celebration after the service while Jenny is still at church for second service and they explore around the lake.  This particular Sunday, Jenny wasn't playing and they decided to go down to the lake.  It was fun to watch the kids get so excited about squirrels (we don't have them around our house much!) Jenny always hears the stories about their fun Sunday's around the lake and was happy to join them this particular morning.  Notice the squirrel on the right hand side?

11/18/13 - This is what our couch usually looks like - clean laundry mountains :)

WEEK 47

11/19/13 - these two love their blankets and love each other. It has been a blessing to watch them grow in their relationship with one another and we thank God for two children who care so much for each other and hope it's just the beginning of a fabulous sibling relationship.

11/20/13 - Turkey handprint craft during our weekly playgroup.  Karis and Isaac both loved getting hands dirty to make handprints, looks like mama may need to start looking through pinterest for more hand print craft ideas!

11/21/13 - helping mommy cut up pumpkins, make pumpkin seeds and cook/puree pumpkin to freeze for pie

11/22/13 - getting a head start on the packing for our upcoming vacation trip over the holidays to Dallas

11/23/13 - Fun family time at the Downtown Orlando Touch a Truck event.  Jenny took the kids last year by herself because Steve was out of town for work, so it was fun to go as a family this year.  And last year, Isaac was too young to really enjoy it and Karis was just timid...so it was fun that both of the kids had a blast climbing in different type of vehicles and honking all the horns!

11/24/13 - this is a daily occurrence these days...Isaac chases Karis, Isaac tackles Karis, Isaac tickles Karis.  She likes it (most of the time!)

11/25/13 - This has been a favorite book in our family and we highly recommend it if you have children (and even if you don't, you might still enjoy it, we have even learned a lot from the book while reading it to the kids).  Karis enjoys learning about the different names and characteristics of God and absorbs so much of what we read in this book.
