365 : WEEK 18

4/30/13 - Can you tell these two LOVE each other?  Totally melts my heart.
5/1/13 - What else do you do when it's been rainy for a few days? Go outside and play in the puddles of course!  My kids get a little stir crazy {as does mama} when they don't get outside and play for a little bit each day.  When it starts raining every day like this, we just have puddles all over. Eh, so what that I ruined Isaac's shirt, we all had fun!
5/2/13 - This is my view on most days minus the pitiful face, Isaac reaching up to be picked up.  He loves to be held and snuggled and I don't mind holding and snuggling! PS. I don't usually take pictures of my children crying like this, but when I pulled the camera off the counter to take a picture of his sweet face that said, "mama pick me up" he suddenly turned into a cry face as to say, "mama seriously stop taking my picture, I just want to snuggle, this is no time for pictures!"

5/3/13 - More fun activities to do while it rains outside.  I think she made about 8 paintings in the span of ten minutes!

5/4/13 - So I made pancakes for breakfast {a typical Saturday morning breakfast} and apparently I forgot to read the "Makes 30+" part of the directions...we had a nice laugh about it.  And we had TONS of pancakes that morning.  They are sourdough pancakes from my sourdough starter and were so tasty, so we ended up freezing the leftovers for later.

5/5/13 - So I don't usually let Karis walk around outside shirtless, but upon arriving home from the grocery store with Isaac I pulled into the driveway and there she was shirtless.  I got out of the car and he said, "I promise she hasn't been shirtless until a minute before you pulled in the driveway and she decided she needed her shirt off! Silly girl!  So Isaac joined in the shirtless fun while daddy pulled weeds.

5/6/13 - Karis and Isaac like to jump on the mattress and dance to music, it's another good indoor activity to burn off their energy! It's also really funny to watch them bounce each other off the mattress. {I like this fun activity, but definitely recommend being close by to monitor the crazy jumping, haha!}
