| 4/23/13 - Uncle Jon {my eldest brother} flew into town for the week to attend Exponential church planting conference. Isaac adored Jon and each time Jon sat down, Isaac would plead with him and give him a look that Jon couldn't resist and pick him up. We thought it also helped Jon in his weight loss efforts because Isaac would want to eat his food too ;) |

| 4/24/13 - Wednesday play dates...we love these two kiddos {Desmond and Sophie} and thankful for sweet neighbors and friends! |

| 4/25/13 - my sweet friend {and one of our pastor's wife} Amanda is co-leading a new ladies Bible study alongside me at our church. We are excited for what the Lord has in store for the remainder of this study. Here we are with our kiddos {her sweet baby girl, Audrey, is five months old} |

| 4/25/13 {pic 2} - I headed to lunch directly after the ladies Bible study to meet up with Steve and fellow Converge staff for a good bye lunch for Brian. I worked with Brian when I first began at Converge and he was the main person responsible for Steve getting hired on a little while later. We are sad to see Brian leaving but are grateful for having worked alongside him, gleaning from his wisdom. Love ya B-dawg! |

| 4/25/13 {pic 3} - upon arriving home from lunch, we packed our stuff up and took off for the beach. This was my brother's last day in Florida and he wanted to experience the beach before heading back to snowy Wisconsin! We had a blast {and also discovered Isaac has no fear of the beach!} Thank you Jon for taking a great family pic on the beach for us! |

| 4/25/13 {pic 4} - Dried off and sandy bodies we headed over to a Mexican food restaurant before heading back to Orlando. I regret that this was the only picture I managed to capture the entire week Jon was here with him and both kiddos...but still cute none the less! Karis and Isaac both LOVE their uncle Jon and we can't wait to see him again this summer. |

| 4/26/13 - Karis and her photography skills captured this sweet picture. We watched Desmond for a couple hours so Lyra could go have lunch with Matt. Upon her arrival back to get Des, as she was leaving Karis decided she wanted to take their picture. Lyra looks so beautiful in the picture and I LOVE that Dessy is staring up at his mama with such a sweet smile. Good job Karis for capturing such a cute photo! |

| 4/27/13 - a usual Saturday morning will include a skype call with grammy and grandpa or grandma. Thankful for this awesome technology that enables our kiddos to see their grandparents and cousins on a regular basis. |

| 4/28/13 - My new favorite thing Isaac is doing these days is pushing cars/trucks/trains around the house on hands and knees going "vroom, vroom". Seriously melts my heart! Such a handsome little guy. Side note: if you notice the pj bottoms on the right hand side of the picture...yea those came from the dirty clothes basket...my not so favorite {yet really funny most of the time} thing he's currently doing is going into sissy's room, grabbing a dirty item out of the laundry {usually her undies} and running out with it either on his head or in the middle of attempting to put it on his head. Oh my! I'm pretty sure we have a picture of my brother doing this with my undies {oh yes, Dave, I will find that picture one of these days!} |

| 4/29/13 - Heather is a sweet friend we know from church. She faithfully serves in the nursery there and loves our kids {and our kids LOVE Miss Heather!} She came and spent an evening with them, while mommy and daddy headed out for a little bit. Karis was especially delighted to get to see her other than just on Sunday morning! |
