365 : WEEK 12

3/19/13 - Isaac's new favorite thing to do is sit in sissy's beanbag chair and read like she does
3/20/13 - I got to hold our nephews,  Anson {left} and Owen {right} for the very first time this day.  I went with Lauren to the hospital during a feeding for a few hours and got tons of snuggle time.  Oh so special!
3/21/13 - I told Steve a while back I wouldn't mind if he grew his beard out a little and he is taking full advantage of that!  Whenever he's holding Karis now, she just strokes his beard, it's hysterical, I guess she likes bearded daddy!

3/22/13 - Karis LOVES daddy/daughter dates {usually to Dunkin Donuts, extra bonus} and so on Steve's day off he took her for breakfast and she was so chatty and happy to be with her daddy alone

3/23/13 - We had the opportunity of attending a Parenting conference {speaker Paul Tripp}. We spent the night away from kiddos since it was about an hour drive from our house.  Thankful for sweet friends who watched our children and loved on them so sweetly.  The conference was outstanding, a call to heart checks of the parents in order to deal with the heart of our children, vital information!

3/24/13 - Our first real rainy/stormy afternoon of the season.  Pulling out the rainy day games and puzzles.

3/25/13 - I had the opportunity to watch our nieces Charlotte & Eloise while my sister in law and her mom headed to the NICU to care for Owen and Anson {as we're still anxiously awaiting their departure from the hospital}.  They were with us for six hours of our day - I was actually pretty impressed they all slept {at the same time} during nap time, which gave me about a 40 minute break to sit, read and drink my latte!  I actually had no idea what to expect watching four kids {all under the age of 4} but it was surprisingly fun and I didn't want to pull my hair out by the time they left ;)  I love these sweet girls and it's always so much fun when the four cousins get together...can't wait till Owen and Anson can join in on the fun!
